When you have located a property or properties on our website that will fit your needs you will need to complete an Application for Rental or Lease for each adult who will occupying the property. Once the application is completed and returned to North County Property Management with a non-refundable screening fee ($30 for one applicant, $50 for two applicants), we will review your application before we will submit to our screening company.
The screening company will be verifying credit information, rental and criminal history. If you meet the criteria, we will process your approved application within 3 to 5 business days.
